From 1 January 2022 on, the Youth Healthcare Services (JGZ) may only pass on information about vaccinations to RIVM if you give permission.
If you did not give permission to share data, our data may not be complete. As a result, you may receive reminders for vaccinations that were already given.
If you want RIVM to receive your data from JGZ, please tell JGZ. The name and address of the organisation giving the vaccination are stated on the reminder letter.

Had you previously decided not to vaccinate your child, and would like your child to be vaccinated after all? Contact the well-baby clinic or Youth Healthcare Services (JGZ) near you. They will help you figure out which vaccinations are still needed and what would be the best way for you to catch up. The vaccinations are free for all children aged 18 and under through the National Immunisation Programme.

If you move house, you do not have to notify the National Immunisation Programme. You only need to register with the municipality in which you live. Your data will be automatically updated in the Personal Records Database.
