From 1 January 2022 on, the Youth Healthcare Services (JGZ) may only pass on information about vaccinations to RIVM if you give permission.
If you did not give permission to share data, our data may not be complete. As a result, you may receive reminders for vaccinations that were already given.
If you want RIVM to receive your data from JGZ, please tell JGZ. The name and address of the organisation giving the vaccination are stated on the reminder letter.
